The parts I’m in have no Nazis and not much right wing support because right wing nowadays trends Nazi.
Linux does not have a systemic problem with politics, yet. But like any population, bigots exist and are loud and worthless.

How did the mods respond when you reported it?
Honestly, I didn’t report it. I just ducked out. Since I seemed to be the only concerned party, I assumed the mods wouldn’t care.
If you care enough to take a screenshot and post it to lemmy you could have reported it. It’s worth doing, at least just to know you did something.
This and mods can’t be expected to monitor everything all the time, users are the mods’ eyes and ears. It’s not fair of OP to put the server on blast without having reported it to the mods.
