Everybody “new” actually has connections to somebody already established in the party. They’re usually somebody’s kid, relative, or family friend, or they attended the same Ivy League and were recruited by somebody in the establishment.

There are two carotid arteries. Based on the footage, it looks to me like only his left carotid artery got hit. It would make sense because bullets make a way bigger hole when exiting than they do when entering.
