Does anyone know why lemmy.ml doesn't have a community with ID of 1?

https://lemmy.ml/community/1 returns not found. https://lemmy.ml/community/2 is !announcements@lemmy.ml, which should have been the default auto-created community. Anyone know why it isn’t 1?

Announcements used to be named Main, but AFAIK renaming doesn’t change the ID.
