When I still used YouTube it recommended me crap I could hardly have cared less about or even things I actually disliked.
To me, Youtube was always synonymous for faulty algorithms.
I just blocked the user in question as well as the whole community.
Don’t know if it’s the first time for this to happen, but I’m pretty sure it’s not the last. Especially now that it’s discussed, some trolls will board the train and do it, too.
Even just the slightest risk of some shit like this turning up on my feed is an absolute no-go.
