This reminds me of a controversy among the carnivore diet community, where someone got smeared as a “vegan” for seasoning his meat, and really liking chili peppers.

That time I posted AI slop, but had to do some photo editing too, since the AI is too shit for that.

If it was AI, the gums of his teeth would be hidden by his upper lip.

I got disillusioned with that viewpoint, especially as the far-right doesn’t do the same.

Explain a movie series badly:

He gets a vision that tells him his wife will die of childbirth and the cult denies him a leadership position, so he joins the fascist leader behind the fascist traitor to try to save her, only to kill her instead (though the twins survive), after which his master in the cult amputates all his limbs and leaves him burning in hot magma. He gets saved by the fascists, builds out a massive fascist empire in the galaxy.

The issue is, there’s also difference between how people cram “AI-assistance” into their previously well-refined workflows. Did see the odd person ending up with the same issues as straight-out vibe coding but without the speed, including the eventual (mild) AI psychosis and later switching to vibe coding after the chatbot convincing him.

Also I think it would be pretty trivial to generate an “understanding” of the code, yet AI boosters never bring up it as a concern.

Even the “buttonless” trackpad is better, than just fingertapping (I used to have so many misclicks).

Upon releasing GPT-3, the then president Biden declares an emergency, and sends the military after Altman and his cohorts to arrest them. Then Biden declares he stopped the end of civilization, AI research gets shut down, the slop machine gets killed in its cradle. The men on the top get executed, no second thoughts, they said it is so dangerous it could end civilization.
