Can always put on more clothes, but can’t undress more than naked…

Go swimming or wear light cotton.
Ah yes, because i want to swim all day and do nothing…wait my boss is callin! I can’t now, i have to swim though!!!
I do. But in the next heatwave the local lake water might reach 38°C or water became so scarce from the drought…: now what?
Remember when humanity had not almost eradicated two seasons through climate change and you could be a spring or autumn lover?
Remember when the wet bulb temperature was evolutionarily advantageous for sweat-monsters like me? Now I’m just as hot, and infinitely more wet than everyone around me.
This is me. Always hot, wet, and dirty … the definitions change depending on the time of year, however …
I love summer.
I’d rather have 90° than 9°.
I like having daylight past 4pm.
I like seeing blue skies and the sun.
I like being able to go outside without bundling up under five layers, and still being cold.
I like not having to shovel my walks, snowblower my drive, scrape off my car, etc.
I like swimming.
I like seeing green trees, colorful flowers , bumblebees, and nature.
I like taking my kid to the park so he can ride his skateboard.
I like going to the beach.Fuck winter, man.
Right?
I’m done with summer. Looking forward to that first early morning air nip with a dusting of frost on the ferns, presaging the arrival of snow.Unfortunately for us, the best times of the year are about half a month in the spring and half a month in the fall
Cool. We don’t get snow anymore though… just gray weather, cold and humid enough to be uncomfortable but not enough to be fun.
Summer just started (here in the northern hemisphere). I’m soaking up every last bit of warmth in hopes it lasts until it comes around again. (It never does.)
Summer used to be hot but it also used to be perfectly fine to sit in the shade and feel fine. Nowadays the temps even in the shade are over 30-35°.

Yeah it’s obviously not Kelvin or whatever mental illness the US uses.

Love the summer. I love my skin not feeling cold as balls as soon as I step outside. Love not taking a cold ass shower in the morning before work. Love the sun being out later into the evening. Love doing outdoor shit. Swimming. Love the warm nights. Hanging out naked.
Winter is the sad time.
Why do you take cold showers in the winter? That seems like a poor personal choice if you don’t enjoy the cold
Hello, hot weather person. Congratulations on how we’re going to INHERIT THE EARTH FROM THESE COLD WEATHER WEAKLINGS
That’s fine im moving to canada the northern part that’s my retirement plan lol
Canada’s expensive. Maybe Russia will stop being fascist and I can head up there some day. Or maybe China will chill the fuck out and let me go to Tibet. It’d be pretty cool to do visa runs through Napal or India if they ever normalize relations with China.
well, until nuclear winter, anyways
Prefer snow to ticks and mosquitoes ngl.
No cold seeping so deeply into my bones that it lodges itself there to radiate outward through my whole body so I can barely move.
No aching dryness making it almost impossible to breathe.
I know many aren’t built for heat but cold causes me near-debilitating pain and drains my soul of life. I’ll enjoy the warmth and sun while it lasts.
There’s no limit to how many layers I can wear in winter, but there’s a limit to how many I can take off in the summer. Simple as
You don’t have a knife? They’re not nearly as expensive as a good coat.
Even with a knife scraping off everything that makes you human, you will eventually encounter a limit.
And eventually the coats will crush you, create their own weather system, collapse into a black hole. What’s your point?
Yeah but putting that layer back might be very expensive 😄
I love summer, but you have to do it right. Going to the store and walking across a hot blacktop parking lot is asking for a bad time.
Hanging out in a park, going for hike, swimming, hitting the beach, more daylight hours, ice cream, grilling and admiring the greenery. That’s peak life on Earth 🌎🌍
My wife when I show her this:

Rather have 95 and humid than a negative wind chill every single time.
90+ and humid is the worst type of environment this planet has to offer. Everything else, from Death Valley to the center of Antarctica, is infinitely better.
We should have switched places the last week then. I had 91°F and high humidity in my BEDROOM for the whole week. I would have rather camped at freezing temperatures than experience this
Here in Australia I’m hosting a snow trip next week… there is still no snow in the mountains where we’re goin
Also f summer. Hayfever and bushfires suck
My seasonal depression is late Spring to early Fall.
Womp, go outside and suck up some sun, you’ll feel better.
Womp, go feel the refreshingly crisp air of winter and you’ll feel better.
See how unhelpful your comment was? People are allowed to have different preferences.
The only season I can enjoy outside is Fall. Summer is too hot, Winter is too cold, and I get allergies in the Spring.
Fall is perfect.
