Or paying the buses to his rally in winter but not back, abandoning a ton of his followers to freeze the night or find other ways home.

You have to stay with the agency several years. The plan is to fire them before paying.
The government legit removed student loan repayment programs from a lot of agencies and gave them to ICE like those dipshits will ever use them.
Signup bonus is different from retention/quota bonus. Signup bonus is all him
But the big one, the retention bonus can probably be pushed off long enough to blame democrats and/or not paid because they’re not making their quotas
