I have a disability and want to smack these jerks with my cane.
With a dealer tag on the vehicle, as well. This dillweed is specifically doing this because he believes he is untraceable due to not having a license plate.
Well we can make it Cana’s Garage’s problem.
I had to double check. Thought that it was a ‘coroner’ wagon.
No luck googling canas garage in Washington state, must be their twitch channel or something.
Probably a local “small business” that isn’t registered anywhere but somehow gets dealer plates and uses their hustle to avoid paying taxes
lol edit:
I found them with one YouTube video with the same car clearly in the background
Why make your fake business name also the name of the channel where you only post one video of your kids doing an unboxing?
People focus on merch and branding WELL before they have any business model all of the time. It’s totally possible they paid for a $50 custom sticker, and locked down a domain name for 10 years, and hadn’t even applied for a business license.
Edit: watched the video, the rear windows are a different shape I don’t think these are the same cars.
True, definitely a different vehicle, but also the only occurrence of that name anywhere on the internet so could just be a coincidence or could be a weird choice of someone who likes that name
The IRS takes tips… Just saying. If anyone were to drop this in their inbox. If they’re wealthy enough you get a reward. Honestly I’m not sure how we don’t have people who just make this their job.
Taxes.
Texas?
Laws should permit people with disabilities to legally scratch and dent the hell out of a vehicle parked like that.
We live in a society, and all must do our part to enforce the social contract.
It should be legal for anyone to key the shit out of cars that park like this
I already do, regardless
Regardless of whether they park legally? Or are you handicapped semi regularly?
Remember kids, if you see a guy in a wheelchair keying a car…go help. He can’t reach up high.
Personally, I like this idea better than the tow truck model. It makes their car less nice but doesn’t put them in a situation where their life might be fucked if they can’t afford to get their car out of impound and their income depends on having a car.
Ever seen what firefighters do to a car parked in front of a hydrant they need? Handicapped people should take note.
I miss my days of running a hardware store, mostly because of our forklift. Idiots had a penchant for blocking the entrance to our parking lot for some reason – I can’t fathom why – and when called out on it they’d give us lip right up until I mentioned we’d just pick up their car with the forklift and put it somewhere else.
I never actually had to do it. I did lift a pallet thief’s truck until he put my goddamn pallets back one time, though. That was pretty fun.
I want to get a forklift now.
“nice argument, unfortunately i’m forklift certified”
Call the police non-emergency number and report someone in a handicapped parking spot that doesn’t have a hanger or tag. Look for Tow Truck numbers posted in the parking lot.
Hit them where it hurts. Their pocketbook, and having to figure out where their car is, how to get there, how to pay, etc… Don’t use illegal means when legal means are readily available, willing, and waiting.
Take a picture, and complain to the internet? IT’s simpler to take care of legally. Then post a pic of a cop writing them a ticket, or a tow truck hauling them away on the internet.
* Results vary by location. Try that in my town and the cops will chew you out for “wasting their time,” and tacitly threaten you with arrest to try to prevent you from calling again.
Then we get whinging about why people do these sorts of things as if there are no consequences. Well, it turns out there are no consequences. Once again, this is why we can’t have nice things.
if the police don’t do anything then talk to the mayor. You can also talk to the state legislator.

Not about the parking spot, but about the police refusing to do their job.

About 25 years ago, I was a retail manager and took great pleasure in having these assholes towed. We had the towing company on speed dial, they loved us. I wasn’t disabled then but it’s just a shitty thing to do so it ticked me off.
Today I just alerted store management, who was pretty pissed off about them. I approved. As much as I’d have loved to do what you suggested, I only had a few minutes before I had to leave.

🤡 this is you right now
He’s just upset because I called him out for being a douchebag in another post. So he proved my point by downvoting a bunch of my post history and leaving shitty comments on a few of them. It’s pretty sad.
Oof, homeboy is chronically online too. Took a curious scroll through his comment history and he averages at least 50 a day. I can’t imagine a healthy psyche behind that keyboard.
Is it? Why, because they’re obviously making up a story and you can’t see it?
What is so obviously made up about this story, the part where they worked in retail, or the part where they had illegally parked cars towed? Maybe it was the part where a third party was also upset about the illegally parked cars, much like everyone in this thread? All seems pretty vanilla to me.
How often do you alert store management over a parking space?
This karen is obviously making up stories.
It isn’t some herculean task unless you have bad social anxiety. Mentioning it at the customer service desk as you walk in to do your shopping is probably less effort than taking a picture and posting it here.
I have several times in my life. It’s not hard to speak up when you aren’t a gaping pussy.
Have you really never seen someone illegally parked in a handicapped space get towed? Are you a shut-in?
I mean, if someone did this to me in Minecraft, I would be highly tempted to remove their trailer hitch, and put it though their back window for them. Building a window in Minecraft takes a while. Got to mine the ore and such.

I see this one frequently in my part of the world. Also, those people who park in the fire lane to “just run in for a minute or two”. It’s next level laziness and entitlement…and for what? To save on walking 20 to 30 feet? If I saw a friend do that, I’d have to stop being their friend.
I work in retail and one time we had someone take the firelane parking to the next level. They pulled up directly in front of the sliding door, like less than 2 feet between their driverside door and the entrance. You couldn’t even get a cart out.
I honestly don’t know how you guys do it. I’d get fired or jailed dealing with the public. I’m grateful folks like you are willing to do the job. They should definitely pay you folks more.
You couldn’t even get a cart out"
No harm trying though
I work for DIDDs full time and let me tell you, my favorite incident so far driving my two disabled ladies around was the time where, in a very obviously for-the-transport-of-wheelchairs van, we got cut off… in their church parking lot.
I still laugh about it. “Did I just get cut off… in a handicapped vehicle… in a church parking lot? Okay. Alright. Let’s see where that gets you.”
To add; I’m not religious but my ladies love their church so I take them every Sunday. And this church? Judgey. That person is so fortunate I didn’t squeal on them.
I accidentally scratch those cars with my keys every time.
You sound clumsy AF.
I should be very thankful that were I live, people rarely park on reserved spots and pretty much all shopping carts are being returned.
Germany is indeed a great place to live - I’m assuming you’re German because of your domain suffix, plus it makes sense. My sister-in-law lives there and I just love visiting. My favorite part is how the people I’ve met are just so straightforward. I wish everyone was so honest and direct!
That shit ain’t immune to keys
Not that it’s necessarily the case here, but I destroyed my knee and had crutches etc for a while, and I just got a tag to hang from my mirror.
Someone walked up before I got out of the car yelling about how I can’t park there, and then I got out with my crutches and knee wheelie and pointed at the handicap tag on my rear-view mirror.
Again, probably not the case here, but I had that thing for about a month, and I caught a ton of dirty looks and stuff because people assumed all handicapped indicators are on license plates.
I think they’re pointing out the person parked in the area used for wheelchair loading. The yellow hashed area. You shouldn’t park there tag or not.
And why the fuck does the license on the back say international auto sales?

WTF are you talking about? I’m pointing out that the white vehicle, which the comment I’m responding to is taking about, does not have an actual license plate on it. You’re the one that’s desperate to hate on somebody.
That’s a place holder plate. Dealerships, and used car places put them on before official licensed plates are available (in order to advertise), and will often put a dealer plate on the inside of the vehicle in the window or similar so that the vehicle is street legal. I think (not super positive) that rental car places do that as well sometimes to move vehicles etc.

So you’re the type that when you lose an argument with someone, you go digging into their comment history. You seriously need to get a life, kid.

No, at least in Colorado, you can’t park there.

I hate citizens who play cops. To them I say: Unless you are the person looking at the X-rays and medical clipboard, you cannot make the judgement on what someone else is going through. If you are bugged by someone in the handicap parking space and didn’t even take the time to look over to see a sign on their vehicle, go talk to the manager in the building. Don’t target the person struggling to get out of their vehicle. That’s not your job.
“my lawyer just won a massive case against someone pretending to be doctor- what’s your lawyers’ number, please?”
Food delivery (e.g. Uber) vehicles that park in disabled parking spots make me so angry. I’m always tempted to steal their license plates.
You should always travel with a baseball bat and a shot gun for exactly this scenario. Some lives don’t matter.
(Sarcasm…I guess)
you can put cheap disintegrating paper stickers on people’s windows. Our tow companies and highway patrol do this to warn people that they better move their s*** fast
Schrader valves can be easily removed with a cheap tool. The valve cores aren’t expensive, but remove one on 2 wheels, and they aren’t going anywhere and won’t actually cause damage.
No damage, except for blocking the handicap spot longer than it would otherwise.
You don’t need the tool if you want to be devious. Just grab any readily accessible small piece of gravel, grit, or detritus readily available in any paved area and screw it down onto the valve pin with the tire stem cap. That’ll allow the air out of the tire and will usually fall out unnoticed when the mark removes the cap later. The problem will then not reoccur, but with luck they’ll be forever paranoid that it may randomly happen again.
It damages the sidewall of the tire.
Oh nooooo, their tire may have to be replaced. How scandalous.
They’ll 100% just fill it back up at a gas station and drive on it until it blows out.
This is infuriatingly common where I live.
