I have a small grant from NLnet and I can only recommend it. It’s really low-management no-strings-attached, and works great for small FLOSS projects. If you’re a FLOSS developer working on a small side-project that fits their criteria, do apply!

For the record, my project that’s supported by them is LibResilient (code here). The blog posts are how my reports to NLnet look like.
