A breakfast sandwich usually consists of at a minimum:
- bagel or english muffin
- egg
- optional - extra - some kind of meat like bacon or sausage
On my already admittedly loud and dressed up sandwich (just made a batch earlier today), I like:
- EVERYTHING BAGEL (all the seeds and stuff)
- CREAM-CHEESE on the bagel both sides
- BUTTER on the bagel both sides
- GUACAMOLE on the bagel both sides, maybe some in the middle
- EGG (brown) -> omelette evenly split up into 7 portions for 7 days of the week or worth of breakfasts
- SALSA covering up all the yellow of the egg
- HASHBROWN/potato patty
- maybe some BRUSCHETTA to get that tomato complimenting potato even tho thats covered by the salsa already

Depends on my mood. I’m either an egg cheddar and crispy bacon kind of person, or a home fries and eggs kind of person. I find hash browns are too oily in a sandwich for me the few times I’ve had them.
A place in the by me has a soft boiled egg, cheddar cheese, and tomato with salt and pepper in a pita pocket that is also delicious.
Edit: It’s afternoon, dinner is in the oven, and now I want breakfast… Thanks.
I need pepper too, thanks for remind
