Some of that isn’t limited to gen Z. I’ve had older coworkers make buzzer noises for correct/wrong (like those on a gameshow)
Assuming the Scooby doo one is stuff like “ruh roh”, that specific trend might be recent, but people have been doing silly voices for a while
Although a lot of it could be tiktok trends (or vines for the millenials)
About 6 years ago we were sitting on the beach and a larger wave came in out of nowhere that went say 20-25 feet further up the beach to where we were sitting, I grabbed her and my phone and said ruh-roh as she realized and stood up, didn’t have time to grab the small Bluetooth speaker we had and it got soaked and I grabbed it a few seconds after as the wave retreated. It isn’t a term I say often, but I think it was something I did back in my early twenties when there was the possibility of kids being around. Instead of yelling “oh shit” like my brain wants to… 37 year me goes turns into a cartoon dog
Zoinks!
Jinkies, even.

To shreds you say?
I hate how they talk about people like property they own.
