Agreed. Copilot hijacked my Windos, and I feel much more convenient using Linux now.

You’d think you’d want it recommending porn in that case to use later as blackmail.

Sometimes when I think about watching porn I feel guilty and bad about myself and then other times I see somebody rejoice in the righteousness of banning porn and I think “This feels good! This is a good thing!” and I pump my fist in rhythm to the speaker as I masturbate to righteousness and self hatred, ah yes this feels deeper and more spiritual than just physically pleasuring myself! Here is our path forward, here is MY path forward :)

I installed Windows 11 with a local account, disabled trash like OneDrive and Copilot and haven’t had any problems with them coming back.

Any market share that Linux can claw away from Microslop is always a good thing.

Using W11 local windows account and dont sign in via hotmail and haven’t seen much of the AI stuff intruding. default browser is firefox etc. But i don’t have a good reason to migrate to W12 ever if they try and be subtle about this stuff.

I just commented the same thing. I disabled what I didn’t want at startup and have had zero intrusive prompts from unnecessary Windows bloat.

I’m still holding out hope that Linux finally becomes a mainstream OS one day.
