I mean, if I’m already showering, sometimes I’ll brush whilst showering
But 99% of time, the sink
I brush them in my mouth.

I take cold showers, so I am doing everything in my power to get in and out in 2 minutes or less. I would absolutely not add teeth brushing to my routine in there.
Brushing your teeth in the shower is like leaving the water running while you brush in the sink, except even worse.
