Most experts believe the operation would need several days of preparation instead of the few hours that took place until a bit past 5pm the same day, and because of this, Silverstein’s $1B asbestos problem that 9/11 solved, could have provided a “backup solution” for the 2 main towers melting beams from jet fuel.
