I mean 27 years is like the entire history of the internet. they lasted for long.

This was 27 years ago. You’re almost ready to collect a pension. Your memory has faded, and nobody believes you that this once occurred. But they pretend to listen and share your feelings and frustration. Your watch buzzes; it’s time for your evening medication. As you swallow the pills, you start to question your own recollection. Surely, everyone else can’t be wrong… Perhaps…

You fall asleep in your recliner as The Late Show drones on. Time passes, marching on.

I mean, presumably this screenshot of Google was taken before 2001, which would explain the ©1999 instead of 2000, and I remember using the homepage to check the weather when I was in highschool.
