Pretty much every bird
Except the birds with precocious chicks. They’re pretty much all cute. For example, the baby killdeer is adorable. baby chicks and baby ducks are pretty cute too.

As I think about it, that’s a pretty good rule for most vertebrates(I exclude fish in this). If the newborn can walk around within an hour of being born or hatched, it’s a lot more likely to be incredibly cute. Deer, giraffe, elephant, horses are all pretty cute. Kangaroos(all marsupials, actually), rats, mice are all pretty ugly. You could start a flame war debating the relative cuteness of newborn humans, canines and felines in comparison. Though they get pretty cute fairly fast.

Yeah. Came here to say most rodents would fit this bill though even the adults aren’t for all tastes. Mice, etc. are much cuter when they have fur.

Many freshly born animals are not cute at all. Even for a few weeks. Then you give it 2 months and it’s cuter. Still a baby.

I mainly wanted to point out the difference between a newborn and a 3/4 week old.
Neutered at just 2 months? I’ve always been told 6 months.

I’m going with snails. When I was younger, my family made a big deal about hating them in our garden, which is maybe fair. But now I’m an adult without a garden, and they’re just some cute, hungry little freaks.
Get an aquarium, you can have all kinds of cool snails and they’re super easy to care for.
Stellars Jays spring to mind. One of the most beautifully punk-rock looking birds and worryingly intellegent, but my god their young look like nothing more than cancerous scrotums.
Guinea pig
I dunno. This is a tough one, because guinea pigs are absolutely one of the cutest at birth. Folks expect them to pop out pink and blind, but they come out like tiny little guinea pigs. Already have their hair, almost ready to walk, eat hay, and make jelly beans.
Don’t get me wrong, adult guinea pigs are pretty damn adorable. But the babies are the cutest, right up to about 4 weeks old when the baby boys start screwing their sisters and Mom.
I’m having trouble trying to decide. The only difference I can think of between the babies and the adults is size, and I think being smaller always makes you cuter.
Frogs
Tadpoles can be cute, but I think frogs beat out tadpoles for most people.
