Rule 5 on the sidebar says “No Enciting Harassment,” but should probably say “No Inciting Harassment” instead.
I am pretty sure they meant to say enticing. You can harass people as long as it isn’t enticing for others which is completely fair.
That’s only if it’s from France, otherwise it’s just sparkling harassment.

How do you know it wasn’t meant to be “No exciting harassment” ? Could just be the mods don’t want people with heart conditions to be in danger while getting a good ole fashioned harassing.

I think it’s supposed to say, “No Enviting Harassment”, like they don’t want you to envite that kind of behavior here.
