AMD seems to be working on a new entry-level graphics card, the Radeon RX 9050, which will come in 8 GB and 4 GB flavors.

    I recently upgraded and over-payed for a 16gb card because I felt like that would keep me playing new games for a few years yet, and a few years after that in indie-games and low-settings.

    8GB is basically the minimum for today’s games, and 4GB is obsolete out of the gate.

      That’s wild to me. I don’t play any of those kinds of games, but I see that it must suck for those that do!
