The previous tenant here had a cat and it’s obvious. Curtains have claw marks in them, door facings chewed on/scratched pretty badly. Pretty sure my dog left no evidence but hair we may have missed at our old place.
My cat has only ever torn up the couch, but a friend of mine has a cat that goes ham on their banister, and the wood is probably missing ~2 inches after a few years
Yeah it was probably a dog that climbed up the curtains 5 feet and left holes in them, Sherlock.
