I posted this above, but considering platner’s statements about how he signed up for the military to kill people, and went back multiple times (even as a merc), how many innocent middle-easterners do we think he killed? He’s definitely murdered at least a few innocent people.

He wore his blackwater cap to get a rise of people. His unit made a makeshift mortar from grenade launchers to keep bombing urban areas after it got forbidden due to the high civilian murder count. It’s definitely more than a few.

This is accurate, and I think it could hammer it home even harder with “liberal values” instead of “liberals.” The more directly we attack the issues, the harder it is for them to spin it as a personal attack.

    ML’s, trots, anarchists… sure that’s infighting.
Anyone who thinks libs qualify as ‘leftist’ is misguided.

Liberals do tend to have more capacity for self-doubt and questioning their own ideology and that of their colleagues. Politically this becomes a weakness compared to conservatives, who tend more to be pragmatic team players willing to ignore even large imperfections in each other to achieve a common goal.
