Exercise good, existential crisis bad.
Perfectly timed for me to start a daily exercise routine up again. Did a 20min run and a bunch of single leg squats and pushups. Feels good to get back into the saddle
-lifts heavy circle
-this is fun
-gets body dysmorphia
