      Now, yes. Then, no. I don’t think anyone could have unified the MAGA right enough to win the election without Trump. If Trump hadn’t ran, I could have seen a conservative winning a normal election. Not a last minute Trump replacement though

        They would’ve put desantis on there. Far more competent IMO, could be potentially more dangerous.

        Dems lost 2024 because people blamed them for inflation and they had terrible PR, and they fucking ran a status-quo candidate, almost any republican would’ve won.

      One trump is gone it’s all over. They have a very tenuous grasp on a cult. It’s not going well for them. Everytime someone tried to coop it, it totally fails and when Trump tries to change the narrative, it fails. It’s been falling apart a lot longer than it’s worked. Once he’s in the ground, it’s over.

        It depends how long he lives and this goes on…

        The right leadership is working very very hard to remove the Democratic process and elections altogether.
