When you’re trying to work past the anxiety but the physical symptoms persist on creating the feedback loop
Lately my anxiety has manifested as feeling like my whole body is vibrating. Like it’s my blood or something. It’s so much harder to ignore when it is physical.
Mind and Body are not separate.
