Thats a huge problem – but something that can be easily fixed under capitalism, too. Just implement a inheritance tax.
Once you realize that the government serves the interests of the class that holds power, the capitalists, you’ll understand why implementing inheritance tax is impossible under capitalism.
But that is simply the same under democratic communism.
