      The same way all the exploitation the west does in the countries that have been colonized is hidden. As long as people don’t have to look at the actual cost of producing their cheap shit, they don’t care.

          As a Canadian, the fact that it took until the 90s to close the last residential school gives me little faith that the US will make tangible moves to end slavery in this century.
