Being a functional adult every day seems a bit excessive imo
That’s what makes adulting so hard!! It wouldn’t be bad if it was a day or two every once in a while. But it’s every day!
I didn’t realize growing up was so overrated when I was a kid.
No one does unfortunatly.
I never meant to make it past 29, what the hell am I still doing here?
Every day it becomes more clear to me that humans evolved to survive to an age where we can have kids, raise them past infancy, and that’s it. Any time you get after that is basically a crime against nature.
Then I will proudly call myself a not particularly smooth criminal.
