    Repeating things again and again isn’t bad in itself, its only when you carry it beyond a certain limit that its problematic. And it doesn’t even apply to EVERYTHING in life, its mostly for consumption and there are also exception to the rule. Examples are perhaps staples (which you can consume daily or continually without getting bored or falling ill) or inelastic demand products like salt (which are typically consumed in a fixed quantity, neither more nor less).

    I think using your own discretion or judgment over the DMU philosophy is the best thing to do.

      You can’t repeat an experience.

      You can only have new experiences. Even if you do the same thing twice, you’ll experience it a new way the second time. Try to have good new experiences.
