I made a proton account and quickly became disgusted at how many times the email webclient begged me to link my “GMail” to it. Like, They’d only provide the advertised storage space if I proved that every email to a google account would be automatically forwarded to Proton.

What if I don’t want to do a deal with the devil just to use your service?
