It’s not just you. I almost always get fries that I think have been mostly cooked earlier then dunked in the fryer for a warm up before they serve them.
McDonalds pre 90s fries, McDonalds fried apple and cherry pies, McDonalds pre-90s shakes, Dairy Queen’s Queen burger, Sonics pre 2000s burgers and the Sonic fish sandwich.
Sonic still has those.
Honestly not sure. I don’t watch a whole lot of animation these days.
White/peach is the universally accepted default for drawn or animated people in general, not emojis. Simpsons yellow is what they use for white people. It’s still using white person color for the default.

Most white people expect peach color/white to be the universally accepted default and everyone should just not think about it because they themselves rarely have to think about representation.
White people in majority white countries rarely experience lack of representation so they don’t think its a big deal.
If medium brown was the default lots of people would be losing their minds with rage and y’all know it.
TV, movie and book discussion communities aren’t very active around here.
There used to be a lot of rumors that some fast food chains used soy or meat from some other animal to stretch the beef to be able sell the burgers so cheap.
The chains advertising 100% beef are probably still reacting to these rumors.
As they’ve turned into wish.com over the last few years I’ve bought less and less from them so I by the end I was mainly paying for the TV service.
I don’t see myself gong back either.
After almost 20 years as a Prime subscriber I unsubscribed about a week ago. It was the ads, I put up with a lot of nonsense over the years but the ads were the final insult.
I’m not paying full streaming service prices for a service with ads.
I didn’t enjoy it. It seems lime something I would have enjoyed when I was in middle school or high school.
The Posiden Adventure. I must have seen this 20 times growing up in the 80s.
It’ll never tell anyone because it’ll never be hooked up to the internet.
I loved the movie but I think the studio lost their asses on it financially.
They need to do a full in depth examination of their practices, tell them to spread em and cough.
That heart scene scared grade school aged me as well.
It was after The Last Crusade had been out for a while and was pretty much universally liked. Thats when the people started talking bad about Temple of Dooms goofy scenes and cheesy special effects.
I never thought of that but yikes.
If I remember the show correctly, after the first few episodes he could mostly control when the enhanced senses were in use.
We don’t have a local deli here in small town mid America unless you count the deli counter at the supermarket.
