This! Thank you! Apologies for getting the reason for the penalty wrong, but I have personally had to pay this and I was starting to feel gaslit. Turns out, when you go on unemployment, you should still withhold for taxes even if you feel like you need that money more while unemployed.
This is bad advice. The annual income you report on your taxes indicates how much you should have been setting aside throughout the year. Failing to do so can result in fines. There are exceptions for when your income increases part way through a year, but if you do what you describe, they WILL ding you for that.

What type of Chromecast do you use? I recently bought a Chromecast Ultra for a new TV after being happy with a secondhand one for years (3rd gen, I think). The difference in UI was such a disappointing step down. I don’t want a home screen with apps and ads, I just want something I can stream to from my phone! And I can’t say for certain, but it also feels like I get more ads on YouTube compared to using the older Chromecast.
My SO and I have been obsessed with this game for the past few weeks now. Unlike any other game I’ve played, this one makes you feel smart for remembering small details about things you spotted earlier, or when you look back on a note you took that is suddenly relevant.
That said, we are at a point now where we know roughly what we have to do, but we still need to slog through multiple days to get the rooms we want to appear.
We’ve built enough starting bonuses that reaching 46 isn’t really a challenge, so now the drafting just feels like a slog.
