Pop!_OS and CachyOS are the two I always recommend for people with nVidia. The best option for Linux, quite frankly, is to switch to AMD. However, both of those should be preconfigured for your GPU. I’ve been loving CachyOS, and my friend with nVidia has been too.

What’s really great about that comic is it’s a loose adaptation of a 1946 episode of the Adventures of Superman radio show called “Clan of the Fiery Cross,” wherein Superman also takes on the Klan.
Klan membership went down after the broadcast aired, partially because fathers couldn’t really explain to their kids why Superman wanted to fight the Klan.
It’s credited pretty heavily with weakening Klan membership at the time of release, and it’s on YouTube.
This is kinda unrelated, but you were mentioning some of the identity moments in the comic. I really appreciated how they did some similar commentary in the new movie as well and, since I had never seen those themes focused on in Superman, I did some research into the history of immigration commentary in Superman.
Anyway, that’s how I found out there’s an adaptation from the 1980s where the life pod carrying Superman actually just contains DNA which it then assembles into Superman, all so Superman can be an American-born citizen. The 80s were one of the decades of all time.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Unofficial Patch by Wesp5.
That game was already broken at launch, and has become more broken as operating systems advance. Furthermore, Activision shuttered Troika almost immediately after VTMB was released, so there has really never been any official support. But, Wesp5 has been working on the Unofficial Patch since shortly after the game came out in 2004.
It fixes the game to a completely playable state, which is a miracle for VTMB. He basically just finished the game for them.
Furthermore, there was some controversy over some of the changes that the patch started implementing, so he split the patch into two versions. You can download the True Patch, which fixes the game to a playable version of its release state, but Wesp5 also offers the Plus Patch, which restores all content cut from the game before release. He reimplemented character backgrounds, real-world weapon names, multiplayer, quests, locations, music, and the list goes on.
It’s arguable if the Plus Patch actually represents the original vision of the creators, since we don’t know why all of the content was cut. A good bit was cut for time, but there were some things that were dropped earlier in development. Either way, the Plus Patch went feature-complete last year, so what we have now is a fully working version of the game containing absolutely everything that was ever planned during its development.
I don’t know if anything like that has happened before, and the only other thing like this that I can think of is the Saints Row 2 patch that IdolNinja was making before he died.
Mods that add stuff are great, but it’s hard to beat a mod that lets you play one of the greats.

I replayed BO2 earlier this year because it takes place in 2025. I was shocked at how close its world is to ours.
If you had told me in like 2013 that, between the Black Ops series and the Modern Warfare series, Black Ops would have the more realistic plot points, I would have called you crazy.

I really love CachyOS. It’s so fast. I’ve been seeing lots of reports of performance issues in The Outer Worlds 2, and I’ve gotta say I’m not experiencing any of that.
Just make sure you familiarize yourself with some of the quirks of Arch, such as why you might want to use a program like Timeshift for backups, or the risks of the AUR.
Also, get a flash drive and back up your important files, just in case. I have done full system upgrades every time I upgrade, and I haven’t had issues with my system yet. But with Arch, you gotta be careful.
