I broke the cycle when I quit Reddit but Lemmy is starting to keep me up until midnight again.
Same, there was a period of healthy time and then lemmy came back to me.
My parents started making me and my sister put are devices where we can’t get them after 10pm. Good thing I have a thrift store thinkpad they don’t know about and some books and I let my sister use my old phone. Just as tired as ever!

This was me last night. When I finally decided to sleep, my puppy decided it was play time and started barking. I put a bone in her crate and that got her to settle, thank god lol
This is why one only sleeps on the bed.
