Lol yeah, that’s fair. I should add that I was speaking more within the context of a typical outdoor movie night. There’s no video routing or switching, hardly any considerations of formats or frame rates. Pretty much just a laptop and a projector, maybe some quick lap through the picture controls if someone really knows and cares that much. I’ve speced out full multi-site switching rigs with broadcast and IMAG so I know video can get into the weeds just as much as audio. 😅
I’m also an AV tech, more on the video side, and I’m fighting the urge to cuss you out. “Audio is more difficult” 🙄
