This is the part I’m confused about. Drag has never had anything to do with trans kids?
In fact, one of my frustrations is that during pride all the gigs go to drag queens and only a few go to trans performers (in particular trans PoC). One of the complaints I see most often too is that so much of the queer community is dominated by gay men, and in turn drag, that it leaves the rest of us feeling excluded.
Drag does shows at the libraries to tech trans kids. That’s the part I’m confused about. Add for the rest of your comment. You guys should get along together again. 😉 Back in the day I used to bartend at the youth gay and lesbian association dances in town. Since then everything I splintered into a million different letters and everybody seems to be against each other which is confusing as well. Love everybody
