My brother’s Mariella is the luckiest cat I’ve known. she had Fading Kitten Syndrome and almost died, thankfully the hail Mary of human baby food was what finally got her to eat. Now she’s a spoiled princess and certainly acts like it too.

My cat who loved to almost 22 was mostly black. If she was laying in the sun, you could see a few faint orange splotches.
Very cuddly with me and my wife, terrified of other humans. Also an utterly fantastic mouser who didn’t even see her first one until she was 13, but caught them like a pro.
