Someone told him Congress will approve crazy requests if he can make them sound like they’re for the military. Which is true, but he’s so demented at this point that he can’t connect any of the other obvious dots.
It also circumvents local approvals if it’s for national security. He’s trying to make a loophole.

I bet someone told him it was a top secret place to store weapons, and he was like “got it” and tweeted immediately about the “top grade” place.
So if a coordinated group slowly shows up in a nearby public area, then quickly convene and take action, they could potentially overrun the facility and seize military grade weaponry, right near the white house?
