It was maybe a little different - my memory is pretty bad. The creature was maybe a centimeter long and the lil wings on either side of the disc in the middle were paddling/swimming/flapping. It moved kinda like a jellyfish, but baby jellies have their bell already formed and I’ve seen all kinds of jellies out there. This looked like nothing I’ve ever seen before.

The ‘arms’ looked kinda almost like the wings on the blue dragon nudibranch but only if the disc was the whole head and there was no more body? I don’t think nudibranch larva do that?? Build out head-first? And it wasn’t a one-off, I saw at least five of these out in the water, not too far from shore.

That’s a good ol’ fashioned Biblically Accurate Angel right there, amiguite. Had yerself a revelation from God. Fairly certain you’re building the next ark. Personally, I think I’ll take the flood waters for myself, but my brother and sister in law are good folk, and i’d appreciate it if you left them some space on the boat. They’ll help feed the animals and slop the cages.

Oh, and do us a favor. Skip the mosquitos this time around, Noah
