This is 3rd or 4th time of making the threat. Hegseth is also making mission accomplished speeches, and saying SoH should be Europe’s problem. Latter is not serious because its not his job to ask for help, but it would be way less serious if nukes were flying by the time Europe got there. I think this is all more of an end of war (withdrawal) preparation, than the 4th time being the one where the most psycho part of the brain wins.
