Funny story about writing your MP did you know that the email server, is likely located in Canada but the company hosting it is Microslop. If you want to see for yourself and have the ability to ssh into Linux, commands are probably the same for any current version of whatever flavour of BSD or DOS (if there are still any active versions of DOS) you are using: dig MX parl.gc.ca it will show you a bunch of stuff but you will see the email stuff goes through cisco (Canadian division but still subject to the cloud act).
Than if you go run the command dig A parl.gc.ca. you will see this IP address 20.220.134.182. Than you run whois 20.220.134.182 you will find out that it is run on a Microslop server.

I’m not really shocked, but it is pretty ridiculous.
