Two state is simply a fantasy. We’re going to have one state, but this could take two paths:

full unification and equality, access to religious sites, free movement, etc for all Jewish and Palestinian residents of Israel, including the territories.

annihilation of one side, resulting in a single state

I’m perfectly fine shrugging off rocks thrown by someone whose position is that they need a pure ethnostate. To me, that’s an entirely unacceptable POV to have in 2026 which is why they need to dress it up in dramatic accusations of antisemitism. It can’t stand on any basic merits.
100% agree. And also agree that 1 secular and Democratic state with restitution for the victims of what is essentially a decades long holocaust is the only viable path forward.
Carney basically said that Palestinians need to get along and live under a Zionist state. So his mindset doesn’t even register apartheid ethnostate status yet.

the best time to declare a state is when its rubble I suppose. A state thats a tent city with no way of building infrastructure and will not receive the financial aid it will need because of Oct 7 (every centrist leader will use it as an excuse to not directly aid a state of palestine should it arise) is exactly why western leaders are “brave” enough to announce their two state positions: they’re giving 2 million palestinians a homeland with no future and get to pat each other on the back and take photos
