For game development you probably do not need that. Stable diffusion runs on normal graphics cards, and when 3D asset generation becomes more useful it will transform game development.

So both is still a bit off but especially game development will become completely transformed once we have better suited models for that and something like a “universal game engine” for advanced AI generated games.
