    I’m always amazed at how stupid yanks criticise the NHS in the UK

    No, it’s not perfect, but it’s infinitely better than the fucking disaster that is the US health industry system

      I’m an American. I’d never criticize the NHS.

      The UK healthcare system has problems. We have problems.

      The UK has free healthcare. We have problems.

        When you’ve been fisted enthusiastically you may need a doctor. So they know what they are on about when it comes to health systems.

          There are so many misconceptions about fisting, and porn has done a great disservice to one of the most intimate experiences that people can share

          It’s a genuine shame, because it’s so romantic, and it takes communication, care, patience, and above all, trust

    I work in the property and casualty field of insurance and it is no better. Allstate where your in good hands is a fucking lie! They will raise your rates or drop you like a hot potato if you file a claim. And then raise your rates even if you don’t because others did.
