Whole lot of generalisations here. This is just the people you’re attracting. Opposites attract.

For me that just usually meant extroverts rather than climate apathy. All my long-term partners, including my wife (who I met on bumble), have been big climate advocates.

no, it’s my real life experience. every eco-friendly woman i met was a massive hypocrite about it.

like she’d say she was vegan but then she’d drive a gas guzzler, because the rules don’t apply to her, just everyone else.

Yes, you are generalising your personal experience to everyone like I said.

Sounds like you’re letting perfect be the enemy of good. Car companies have colluded with the government to slow the progression of EVs, making moral ‘purity’ a luxury that the current economy doesn’t allow most people to have. If you’re pro-vegan, you should understand that making one major ethical sacrifice doesn’t give someone the power to single-handedly bypass a century of fossil-fuel infrastructure. You aren’t uncovering a character flaw; you’re just pointing out that they are living in the same rigged system the rest of us are.
