This page lists what’s banned where: https://support.gog.com/hc/articles/29306002386845 Two of the games were banned in my country, so a quick VPN to the Netherlands and the “purchase” went through. I did log a support ticket with GOG and they referred me to the KB article above.

If any one of the games are banned in your country, you will get an error.
