So much is happening here. So much. Attacks going out of pak for an hour and a half.

India had sent in even more unprovoked missiles right before this. Pak intercepted those and then sent back their attack.

BIG ATTACK. More than 20 targets already.

Not yet independently confirmed. I would add, please ignore any Indian media on all matters, either follow non Asian media outlets or Pakistani.

The Indian media has been TERRIBLE.

I’m not going take either side’s word. If it’s anywhere near 70% there will satellite photos in a few hours.

That sounds more unlikely than 70%. Going by history the truth will end up being a sub station in a northern province blew. Something stupid and isolated that Pakistan will play up and India will play down. Let’s see what the AP, BBC, RT, Al and CNN report tomorrow.

PS. The state run PTV is not the only source but the one aljazeera mentioned. Perhaps its not 70% (I personally dont think it could be that vast) but I do believe they managed something

What makes you believe that? Sensationalized unverified nonsense is just as bad as fake news, in fact it’s worse because people like you think “well it’s a big official news outlet what they say must be happening for real as I’m sure they’ve researched it” but their only motivation is money and being “first to report”. Explain your analysis of the quality of the fact-checking, access to legitimate sources and on-the-ground reporting of any not-directly-involved media organization that’s reporting on this and I’ll give you a pass. There’s nothing from Al-Jazeera, and not even any opposing propaganda available because as they admit, “This claim could not be independently verified by Al Jazeera. The Indian government has yet to comment.”

So far, I don’t see a single corroborating source with any sort first-hand information at all. It’s very easy to copy and paste what government propaganda says and present it as news, and when it’s sensational it can get lots of clicks and ad money. That doesn’t mean it is real and I can’t see any reason you would have to believe any of this, and if you do, maybe you’d like to buy this bridge I’ve got for sale.

70 % power grid is definately not out.

Work at a industrial area and everything is fine here no problems not even a whisper of war caused problems except lack of police at daily checkposts

I’m not sure one can say that the Pakistani government has been responsible as it has allowed the militant group that was previously funded by Osama Bin Laden and committed the 2008 terrorist attack on Mumbai to continue to exist on its soil.

That said, I am by no means absolving India’s Hindu nationaliat government for the injustice of revoking article 370.

The targets are military sites. The operation name and goal are very publically mant to target military sites. Unlike operation sindoor which painted a picture of attacking ‘terrorists’ (non military targets).

These are sites India has used to attack Pakistan. Pakistan has been slow to retaliate but has managed a very successful operation.

Meanwhile Pakistan has also consistently offered proof of everything they have done instantly.

Pakistan has not targeted a single civilian. This does give both countries an off ramp.

This is an out. This is how both nations have a way to calm down. India celebrate no loss of life when pak attack and attacking terrorist sites.

Pakistan celebrate attacking their military and getting the ‘military win’.

Modi gets his win, pak army get their win. The powerful parties on both sides get something here.

Having said this India will escalate now.

The mood in Pakistan is sombre. Noone has wanted any of this. From the beginning. The Indian media has a lot of blamento take in this saga. And so does the far right in India

Pakistan has not targeted a single civilian.

Again. Not true. Dude, are you getting paid to peddle this bs or are you doing this for free? A civilian in Jammu was killed today in cross border firing. This is aside from the civilians who were killed day before in Kashmir.

Pakistan just attacked a ‘terrorism training camp’ in India.

Pak and Afghanistan are the biggest victims of terrorism. Pakistan has long trained and protected terrorists.

But Pakistan has also long claimed India funds and trains some militants and sends em into pak.

The last attack seems to have targeted one such site. Not good. Not good at all. Although this is still a military site, thr claim of a terrorist training camp is politically charged and won’t go over well.

    I’m getting bombed soon 😭
