Is there a thing where you can link these to other trackers to make it available to more leechers?
I asked this question and was linked a github that keeps an up-to-date list of trackers that work. That, as far as i can tell, is the best i can do.

Assuming they’re public torrents–no. You simply add the tracker address to the list of trackers on the torrent, and boom.
I will revive ancient torrents every time I reopen qbittorent.
