Currently just use the noodles from the cheap Maruchan packs and include frozen vegetables and some source of protein, with some powder broths I bought once upon a time. Been doing that because it’s quick and easy but I’m looking to shake things up; any recommendations?
How spicy are you willing go go? My personal favorite right now is Beef Bone Broth; It’s definitely spicy, but not overpowering. My second fav is Buldak; the flavor is good, but it can be a little too hot at times.
Both are great for making omelettes.
not very spicy, haha, I’m a little bitch. I’ll check these out, thanks!

When i was in Korea we had little old ladies follow the army camps with a ramen tent. They would put a fried egg with soft yolk and a slice of cheese on top of the ramen. That and some fresh green onions made for some amazing noodles.
Good memories. Although, it’s a little embarrassing when Ajumma has her tent set up before you get your site set up. Generator, lights, gas stove, heater, tables, chairs, everything.
Add pulled pork, or chop up whatever other leftover proteins you have in the Fridge. Chopped scallions. Leafy greens of your choice. Bok Choy; crunchy and Leafy and delicious.
Brands I like: Sapporro, Nissen, Indomie.
Di you have any Asian markets nearby? They will have a variety of choices you may never have dreamed of.
