Kenyans and Ugandans who lost loved ones in malls and public spaces due to Al Shabaab attacks must be looking at this and wondering why they should trust such a government.

@overflow64 I do not know the domestic responses to this but for neighboring countries that have borne the terror of Al Shabaab, this is an insult.
