There’s also #uncivplayers:matrix.org, although I don’t think there’s many people.
There are many other libre game matrix rooms in the #libregaming-space:matrix.org space, that’s where I found it.

Yes, I shared this room with the libregaming.org admins and they must have added it to their space.
