      3,521%. Don’t forget the absurd false precision to make you think this was a number that came about from Very Serious Math.

        Their confusion comes from the fact that some countries use the comma like the USA uses the decimal point. So, to be clear, it’s 3521%.

      Yeah the us and the uk use the full stop as a decimal point, and the comma to separate orders of value if that make sense, so you could also write the figure as 3521%.

      The figure written as 3,5% in say France would be written 3.5% in the us and the uk.
